Joy on Dec 7th

Today we got our Christmas tree! I love the smell through the house. Taryn was so funny helping to pick it out. She had to touch all the trees. Most people it seems have fake trees, but we still get the real ones. I always had a real one growing up so it brings back fond memories. Also, the fake ones seem like such a pain to set up - though it would be nice to not have to do lights each year. This year we have a new tree topper, but mostly it looks the same as every other year. We will decorate it later this week, so for now, here is last year's tree!
