Ruffle Halter Top

I made this shirt from a tutorial I found on a blog I follow: Sew Totally Smitten. I thought this fabric was perfect for it. I almost didn’t have enough, but I pieced a few things together and it all worked out. Taryn loves it – bright pink is her favorite color! I also made the large flower hair clip with a rhinestone center to match.
